"Pillar of Great Power with Customer Trust" — Celebration of the 15th Anniversary of Lonking's Listing and Customer Appreciation Meeting kicked off across China at the end of November.

So far, 25 such meetings have been held. Beijing Lonking Boda Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., Changzhou Longshang Forklift Sales Co., Ltd., Henan Dixiao Industrial Co., Ltd., and other agents respectively held their first-stop customer appreciation meeting in an orderly manner. These meetings were crowded and boisterous. The staff tried to figure out what customers wanted and enthusiastically explained the sales policies, product technical parameters, benefits, market potential, and investment and returns that the customers cared about most. The sales personnel offered warm-hearted services to meet customers' needs and negotiate cooperation. As always, new and old customers gave their full support and trust to Lonking, placing orders on-site, purchasing models, signing agreements, and paying a deposit. All of these helped Lonking achieve a perfect ending for 2020. The company now is confident in the coming 2021 and ready to roll up its sleeves to work harder.

The customer appreciation meetings were held mainly to express Lonking's gratitude to the new and old customers for their strong support and received positive responses in various regions, highlighting the brand strength of Lonking and greatly enhancing the market awareness of Lonking's products. Customers said that they would work hand in hand with Lonking to write a new chapter in the development of Lonking in 2021.
