Recently, Lonking's electric forklifts passed the ten-day transportation and loading/unloading test of bagged alumina in the warehousing and logistics workshop of SPIC Shanxi Aluminum. Efficiently completing the production targets by electric forklifts indicates a big step forward for SPIC Shanxi Aluminum to electrify the alumina loaders.

Lonking's electric forklifts have an edge in cost decrease, efficiency increase, energy conservation, and emission reduction. The field test was completed in the warehousing and logistics workshop, which is the main user of diesel vehicles with internal combustion engines. The electric forklifts allowed it to greatly save energy, reduce emissions, increase benefits, and ensure safe and stable operation.

The driver considered Lonking's electric forklift easy and flexible to operate, without noise and diesel smell. The operating system controlled by electric signals significantly reduced labor intensity and improved efficiency and accuracy.

According to the calculation of technicians, Lonking's electric forklifts can bring down diesel consumption by about 80 liters/set every day. Based on the workload of 300 days/year, each forklift can save 24,000 liters of diesel every year. In other words, one forklift can save about 120,000 yuan in diesel consumption.
