The first is to elevate from "manufacturer of engineering machinery" to "operator of engineering machinery". The biggest difference between "manufacturer" and "operator" is that the "manufacturer" focuses more on the manufacture of tangible products, while the "operator" not only focuses on the manufacturing of tangible products but also focuses on the R&D of the front end of tangible product manufacturing and the sales and service in the later stage. Furthermore, the latter focuses on the development and utilization of intangible products such as culture, brands, and services. It not only satisfies the physical needs of users but also satisfies the spiritual needs of consumers.
The second is to elevate from "Outstanding in China" to "Excellence in the world". There are many factors that drive the success of an enterprise from "outstanding" to "excellence", but the most critical one is "well-trained", which involves well-trained people, well-trained ideas, and well-trained behaviors. "If you are able to integrate a well-trained culture and entrepreneurship with the professional ethics of a practicing manager, you can get magical alchemies that create excellent performance".
In terms of the evaluation of excellent performance, China, Europe, the United States, and other countries have formed a science-based system, and have formulated strict standards in seven aspects covering "leadership, strategy, customers and market, resources, process management, measurement, analysis and improvement, and operating results". We will make comprehensive improvements in accordance with the requirements of excellent enterprises, and strive to pass the acceptance of the GB/T19580 Criteria for Performance Excellence and GB/Z19579 Guidelines for the Criteria of Performance Excellence in five to eight years and pass the review of the Guidelines for Excellence in Performance Evaluation in Europe or the United States in about ten to fifteen years, so as to achieve the strategic elevation from "Outstanding in China" to "Excellence in the world" gradually.
The third is to elevate from "wonderful in the industry" to "respectable". Since its establishment in 1993, Lonking has been famous for its continuous and rapid development in the industry, creating the "Lonking myth" celebrated in the industry. In the future development process, we will not only adhere to the scientific outlook on development and achieve sustainable development, but also play an exemplary role in actively undertaking overall social responsibility, promoting social justice and fairness, protecting the natural and social environment, and supporting public welfare and charity, so as to win the respect and admiration from all employees, suppliers, and investors of users, agents, and operating enterprises, and even from the whole engineering machinery industry and the whole society.
