Specialist of Engine Management
The engine speed allows 10 adjustable gears through the throttle potentiometer and achieves the precise management over the engine speed through the control of engine throttle by the DC servo motor. The engine allows the auto idling/acceleration function to reduce the fuel consumption. It has a function of touch power enhancement, can handle the high resistance working condition with ease.
It adopts the advanced world positive flow control system to make the electronic control system, hydraulic system and engine always in a state of optimal configuration by the reasonable power matching. The automatic adjustment distribution of hydraulic system and power system can not only save energy and reduce cost, but also improve the working efficiency greatly.
This machine is equipped with the functions of straight travel, boom/arm confluence, boom/arm holding, swing priority, swing anti-reversing and regeneration of arm cylinder. Each circuit without interference during composite action. Digging of arm and bucket as well as the lifting and swing of boom at the same time during operating; the operations of left and right motors are independent during traveling.
Auxiliary Hydraulic Valve
The main valve is provided with a set of standby valves to facilitate the installation of other accessories such as the breaking hammer.
The hydraulic circuit is equipped with the high quality hydraulic oil filter which can prolong the service life of the hydraulic elements.
The special design of hydraulic system and components location can enhance the system efficiency of the machine. The hydraulic oil tank, main pump and main valve are arranged closely to shorten the connecting lines and consequently reduce the line friction and pressure drop. The radiator is arranged at the right side behind the cab to effectively reduce the noise, hot air and exhaust received by the operator.
The pilot pump is independent from main pump and supply oil to the pilot system which guarantee the stable and independent pilot control and facilitate the maintenance.
The multi-purpose true color monitor allows the real-time monitoring and display of machine state, engine speed, coolant temperature, oil pressure and fuel level etc.
Power Control Mode
3 power modes of heavy-duty power mode (H mode), saving power mode (S mode) and light-duty power mode (L mode) can switch at will to reduce the power loss. The combination of 3 modes can reduce the fuel consumption and better meet the different working conditions.
Fault Auto Warning
It allows the fault self-diagnosis auto warning display and fault message save up to 99,000 pieces approximately to facilitate the fault call and inquiry during the maintenance of equipment. There are 3 levels of warning display according to the fault severity.
Engine Overheating Auto Protection
The overheating protection will be active if the coolant temperature exceeds 102℃. Then the engine will not flameout while the system will reduce the engine speed. However, if the coolant temperature is too high, the operator should shut down the machine as required and find out the fault causes.
Low Oil Pressure Protection
When oil pressure below the standard value, the oil pressure switch will be closed, the text warning will display for 3 s and then the engine will slow down to low idle speed. In such a case, the operator should shut down the machine as required to protect the machine.
Maintenance Auto Remind
The monitor will periodically remind the operator of changing the engine oil, grease and filter element at the set interval to support the routine service.
The reasonable layout of robust main frame optimizes the utilization of steels.
The X-shaped undercarriage with heavy-duty box structure is subjected to the repeated finite element analytical calculation and enhance the overall rigidity, strength and torsional resistance. Undercarriage is welded from the low alloy structural steel plates with overall process quality control. The critical welds are fully subjected to fault detection and stress test to ensure the product quality.
There are ribs and crawler cradle in the middle of the track links. Using m-type seals to ensure the lubricating effect of the pin roll and pin bush.Extending the track working life effectively.
The drive unit employs the imported motors of high quality and the drive wheel adopts high frequency heating overall hardening process to enable the excellent wear resistance of the external gear rim.
The idler cushion with high quality sealing elements effectively guarantee the high pressure sealing inside the cylinder block; the springs are subjected to the special heat treatment to allow the excellent fatigue resistance.
Cab Shock Absorption System
The cab shell is installed to the platform through the cushioning materials consisting of the silicon oil and rubber to relieve the vibration, reduce the noise and guarantee the operation comfort.
Cab External Structure
The roof and both sides of cab are reinforced by the steel pipes to enhance the fatigue resistance and damping capacity. The falling object protection structure is bolted to the cab front directly to facilitate removal and consequently enable the machine to adapt to the working conditions and meet the specified safety requirements.
The glass is clung to the cab directly without frame to enlarge the visual field. The windows allow free adjustment to open/close the front and upper window and windshield; besides, the front glass can be set to the roof above the operator.
The wiper located in front of cab pillar enlarges the operator’s field of view; it allows the continuous and intermittent operation modes.
Safe and Comfortable Cab
The left/right pillar type reinforced cab complies with 15012117 - 2: 2008 and the optional cab FOPS conforms to 15010262: 1998 to ensure the operator's safety. The 2.7m3 cab space makes the excavator operation comfortable. The reasonable layout of control elements inside the cab allows easy operation.
Standard Cab Equipment
The cab inside includes the cigar lighter, ash tray, cup holder, coat hook, cubbyhole and storage rack, which enhance the operation comfort.
The high performance and healthy A/C allows the air circulate. Concise control panel and easy press key operation; multi-direction A/C air outlet allowing fast regulation of cab inside temperature and fast defrosting. The fault self-diagnostics mode facilitates the A/C maintenance.
The comfortable suspension type seat is provided with a hydraulic damper; the wide seatback allows the waist support and the curve profile enables comfortable riding; the double slide track multi-way multi-step regulation enables different operators to find the best posture; the wide pedal space allows the free body stretching and relieves the operator from the long time operation fatigue.
Safety Lock Joystick
The hydraulic safety lock joystick is located at the outside of left armrest box in the cab. The machine control is active only when the joystick is in ON position, which can prevent the wrong operation in an effective way.
The reasonable design of control lever saves the operating effort by the lever principle; the ergonomic design enables the operator to maintain the natural wrist and arm posture. The moderate joystick stroke relieves the degree of fatigue and ensures the accurate control.
Boom and Arm
To cope with high load during operation, the design & development team of LONKING adopts more conservative design philosophy, preserves the higher safety factor, employs finite element analysis, calculation and optimum design to finish the development of boom and arm and selects the high strength low alloy structural steels for the boom and arm fabrication.
The pin shaft is the core element for the connection of the working device. LONKING chooses the professional pin shaft suppliers and subject the pin shafts to the strict fault detection to ensure the quality. The pin shaft of LONKING excavators has thick chrome plating coat and high surface finish. The special treatment enables the extremely high wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
The bucket body is made of low alloy and high tenacity materials and the external structure is made of high strength and wear-resistant steels, which constitute the entire reinforced bucket. This excavator provides different bucket options to meet different working demands.

The design and layout of CDM6365F has taken the providing convenience for maintenance person into consideration. Most maintenance locations can be accessed from the ground level to enable the fast and high efficiency maintenance. 3 side doors can be opened during the routine inspection and maintenance and each service point is within the easy reach. The maintenance points are clearly identified, easy to operate. The electrical elements are centralized in the electromechanical control box in the cab to facilitate the maintenance.

Each machine action is under the pilot control. The right lever controls the motion of boom and bucket while the left lever controls the arm motion and upper structure swing. The foot pilot valve is provided with the lever joystick to control the machine traveling or turning by the foot or lever. The traveling gear shift adopts the solenoid switch control.
